Yule Sister Circle

  • Ascend Studio 75 Main Street Cold Spring, NY United States (map)

Dear Circle Sisters,

Are you feeling the call to find stillness and tune into that quiet, inner voice?

Holidays are  approaching, and we often become busier as the days grow shorter. For those of us that follow the wheel of the year, this can feel counterproductive. So - clear your calendar, create some space, and join us on December 21st to celebrate stillness, Air, and the festival of Yule.

Celebrated on December 21st/22nd in the Northern Hemisphere, Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. Many ancient cultures celebrated this day and the subsequent return of the Sun. It is a powerful time of year to go inward, find clarity and experience deep meditation. It is a time of renewal, hope, and clarity.

We must choose carefully what thoughts and wishes we will nourish in the longer days ahead. From Winter Solstice until the Spring Equinox will be a time of germination. By sitting together in contemplation, we create a container to for deeper dreamwork.

Let us come together in community. Our celebrations are non-denominational and multicultural, honoring the Seasonal changes but not requiring any specific belief system or practices.

We hope you can join us, register here.

* PLEASE RSVP * We plan and prepare very carefully, and it is important to know that you will be joining us so we bring enough materials for everyone.
