All comments, feedback, testimonials and other submissions to this website shall be and remain River Alchemy property.
We take your privacy seriously and will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. River Alchemy collects personal information when you shop and register with us. If you agree to marketing, this information will be used to inform you of new products, promotions, and/or updates on our site. You may of course unsubscribe at any time from our mailing lists.
When you book a service or verify Insurance coverage, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill the order and to communicate with you about the order.
After you place an order, we use your information to send forms and other relevant information for your treatment or service. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by email if we have questions.
Security
We reserve the right to request further identification on any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will contact you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.
Advice to Consult Physician Site Content
All patients are advised under New York State Law to consult physician regarding the condition or conditions for which they are seeking acupuncture treatments. In addition, patients are responsible for seeking the advice and treatment of a physician should their symptoms change for the worse, or should any new condition arise. The practices and suggestions mentioned on this site are not intended in any way to treat or diagnose any medical conditions.

Refund Policy
Please note that when purchasing Seasonal Care Packages or Group Healing Services, a partial refund will be issued if you are dissatisfied with your care. If you are unable to use your acupuncture sessions within the indicated time frame, you will always have the option of attending a later session.
