Circle Details

Dear Circle Sisters,

Our next festival comes on February 2nd when we honor the energy of Imbolc - which is also celebrated as the Lunar New Year, St. Brigid's Day, Groundhog Day, and Candelmas. At Imbolc the Goddess touches the Earth with her green rod, and the pace of transformation speeds up. Snowdrops and the first tiny shoots of Spring begin to awaken.

Please join us in celebration of Imbolc, the Celtic festival of early Spring. We will rejoice in the first fetal stirrings of Spring, holding the sacred flame for one another. It is a powerful time for new beginnings and the renewal of hope!

At this time of year, we see the Goddess in her Maiden form. We will sit in circle and hold space for the Maidens among us - that free, innocent, fiery energy within each of us. We will play, we will celebrate the daughters, maidens, and our own inner girls. Please bring a photo of yourself as a child, so that we may honor her.

* Please RSVP . This circle is open to the young girls in our community, (and on this night, they will not need to sit still or quietly). Please let me know if you will attend with a Maiden so that we have plenty of time to honor these very important circle sisters! *
